* Marseilles would be far better served by some lower level buildings (Granary comes to mind) than a Market at present
* ALL of our workers look to be fortified, squatting around and being lazy - I'm not sure if this is an artifact of the save, or if they are in fact doing nothing. Enlighten me please?

* I suppose I understand the desire to build Banks to improve the economy, but doing so in cities with very little gpt output is a waste of hammers.
* I think we need a development plan for Athens, Marseilles, and Chartres - I will work on this later (unless someone else volunteers) so it will be ready for the next person in line.
* Nidaros is producing scarcely more GPP/turn than Paris, which is rather sad as our intended GP factory - unfortunately without revolting to Caste System the only way to improve that number will dilute our point pool and possibly get us some great people we don't want. I would like to hear opinions for/against making that switch.
* We have a few unimproved resource tiles within our borders which should be farmed/plantation/etc to give us more resources to trade with, even if they aren't used by a city directly.
* Lyons, Rheims, and any other city we find ourselves using for a lot of troop production should probably build a stables once we get access to Cuirassers.
* Our stack-of-DOOM in Athens is plenty large enough to start our next war, as soon as we get some musketeers in there to defend the city once the stack moves out. Also, the city should probably build a theatre and a few temples to maintain happiness once all the troops leave!

* I notice you didn't change the espionage point allocation as I suggested, I'm assuming you just forgot, but if not was there a reason?
* Why are we building commerce buildings in our two main unit production cities, Lyons and Rheims??
So, overall we're fine and we had a good few peaceful sets of building. Time to win this game! Here's my plan:
- Get some defense over to Athens ASAP (4 muskets at least), move our stack out and eliminate Sitting Bull (capture cities, he only has two)
- Our stack should never have to stop if we play things right, because we should be constantly reinforcing our border cities with troops from our core cities -> by doing this we can ship out all but minimal troops in the border cities just before the reinforcements arrive (two turns from the reinforcements getting there is a good number) and have a continual stream of new forces to replace our losses.
- We should have Sitting Bull dead, and Bismarck well on his way there, within the next set (I'll leave that in your hands, Rince

). Our glorious general Mitchifer should be able to force Bismarck's capitulation and prepare, if not start right away, the war on Mehmed II.
