Designated Player Report
Shen Ling - Spearman completed. Production switched to Warriors (completed in 4). City is currently size 2 and expected to grow in 3 turns. Warrior that was previously garrisoning the town has wandered off to the north to explore the region due north of us.

Zhi Gang - Worker production on schedule for 2 turns hence, coinciding with the town's anticipated growth.

Misc - Our first worker should have the roadway completed in 2 turns and should continue to build roads in the forests along the river (to maximize commerce and thus research).

Our northernmost warrior has uncovered more coastline to the far northeast of Shen Ling and another source of furs. Our easternmost warrior has moved back inside the boundaries of the forest due west of Balance of Power to keep an eye on Gamecatcher troop movement into our territory.

Security Note: I have zipped several screenies into a single file, and then zipped that file into another. While this may seem excessive, it is the best way I can think of to not give away any information about how many cities we have, etc. to anyone who might download the file from the uplaods folder. Even with password protection enabled, someone can still see a list of files without knowing the password to view those files...

How about add some small .txt files or similar to the zip? At worst we would scare a lot of our foes when they see 25 files in a zip :p

Someone want to attach the files. I hate d/ling zips :(

The only problem with this Goonie, would be that it would require a single post for every screenshot (ie. six posts in this case), taking up excessive amounts of space on the server.

I know, from previous discussions with TF, that server space is being used faster than he anticipated (hence the recent deletion of several archived threads and uploads) and he would appreciate some consideration of this problem when uploading files.

On the other hand, if we can provide adequate security to a web site to prevent someone from accessing the files, we could avoid the need for zip files altogether.

I have a 24hr connection, but it would only be good enough for 56kbps users. I would just leave my computer on, and permit only your IP adresses - but I'm not too sure how to do this.

And also, Please change Shen Ling to start producing another settler.

No, we have aggreed on a tactic of producing only warriors to later be upgraded to swordsmen to kill GC with.

I've already volunteered my FTP server. It's on a DSL line, and has plenty of space.

It's down right now (turned it off over the weekend), but I can get it up and running tonight, and send the account name and password to people.
