turn off overflow alert?

How would I turn off the overflow alert sound (the little coin jingle) I get each turn? I find the sound a bit distracting.

Plus, am I doing something wrong that there is overflow that turns production into coins, or is this normal?

Overflow is part of the Mod's game mechanics, you're not doing any thing wrong. It's a method put in to capture what would've been lost under vanilla BtS.

As for the coin jingle, maybe under Options Audio. Or if all else fails turn the sound off.

Personally, I have not played with the sound on for years. To me it's just distraction. And yes some of the songs are funny/amusing, once in a while, but not after awhile.

Eh just create a long list that should Reduce the problem and reduce the waste of hammers that you are clearly wasting
making just 1 building a Turn is silly especially if you can make more per turn

yeah, I do have a long list. I think the overflow kicks in when you change from building a building to building a unit, but not sure....

yea if you switch types (Unit's, Buildings, wonders, national wonders?) then you will have that that's why i always have only 2-3 Mayor Unit builders and the rest just are to build up the Empire and when needed they can also produce Soldiers if i decide to Mobilize my Entire potential and that usually means i create 30-40 units a Turn and that for like 6 turns and i then just don't give a damn about losses although i do remember the bloodiest battlefields
