Plato (Great Scientist) has been born in Short Line. We can use him to discover Philosophy or build an Academy. The top academy candidates would be Reading and Pennsylvania, each around 23 beakers.

Aloha sent it a message asking if we will research gunpowder and trade it and our world map to them for Nationalism. Unfortunately we can't, as we have to research banking for Epsilon.

Otherwise uneventful turn, but we got this message from Epsilon.

Dear Loco,

We trust you are enjoying the benefits of Drama and Civil Service.
Thanks again for your prompt trade of Guilds. Already our merchants
have begun to develop conspiracies against the public!

You last letter said you'd get back to us on the discount tech prices
– but we just wanted to say hi, and make sure our offer hadn't fallen
though the cracks somehow.

We've updated our fire-sale proposal for your shopping convenience:
  • 80% discount on Philosophy (only 160 gold!)
  • 80% discount on Paper (only 120 gold!)
  • 60% discount on Construction (only 140 gold!)
  • 50% discount on Compass (only 200 gold!)

Also, we're still open to trading some premium Epsilon Sheep for your
delicious and nutritious Crabs… if you've reconsidered at all.

Let us know!

All the best to you,

Foreign Minister General_W
Servant of the Leader
Epsilon Team!

I suggest we research Philosophy with scientist
and buy construction
Why didn't we trade crabs for sheep?

We don't need happiness or health at all.

Piffle sent us a PM today about a trade: Banking + our world map for Philosophy + construction. I think this sounds good, as it gets us about 600 beakers for our world map. If we give our map to them, we should also look to trade it to others.

If we did that deal we could research part of Education with the GS.

Ok that sounds good,
