Just requested an extension in turn 242.

We last tried to plant a spy in Saber on Turn 239. It failed.

If we can plant a spy in Saber (I hope! I hope! I hope!) we may not have enough cash to buy their military plans. I will check.

In our most recent letter to The Council (just sent), I asked for their data on Saber's military. I know they did some damage to Saber before The Tower fell/was abandoned.

Magellan's Voyage is in The Admirality of The Council. Too bad we cannot trade cities to take advantage of Magellan's. Should have thought of that before the war.

We have lost the Southern Saber Invasion Fleet that was South of The Council. I thought I had found it last turn, but that was the Northern Saber Invasion Fleet, headed for Subcommittee Island. My bad. Both have/had 8 Transports.

So this turn we need to find that fleet.

Saber Invasion and the Invasion of Saber
We really need Saber to invade The Council and get those units committed into battle. Should we try to occupy the 1 tile island off the north corner of The Council (our Numenor)? That might convince Saber that we are serious. That island could serve as a staging area for a land invasion of The Council. We would supply it from the north (which gives our ships a reason to be in the area), leaving from Unschackled/Debt-Free and saling to about 6N of that
island. Not sure if that is wise or not, but I thought we could discuss it some.

Also on the table is spending two turns at sea on our way to invade Saber, with Marines leading the way.
 
They're waiting to attack us. The attack on Sub Commie Island was trying to get us thinking they were for real, but they had the chance to invade, but they didn't. I feel like the COUNCIL and SABER are converging in some alliance together.

We will need 8 more units to fill up the Transports. We have 3 MAs and 1 Artillery that will complete in 2 turns, leaving 4 vacant spots. Not sure what we can rush.

Free-Registration kills one of The Council's submarines, I think. It shot at something as it moved. And I checked the Foreign Advisor; we were only at war with The Council, not Saber.

We do not find Saber's Southern Invasion Force. It may have sailed back west, into safer waters (Saber's).
