Turns Dynamics on Team Multiplayer

Hi, last weekend me and 5 others friends started a 3v3 match, with dynamic turns mode (to level the handicap of those with the slowest PCs).
Then war times begun, and here is the point. In fact, in dynamic turns mode, the match slowed down too much, and we were able to make only 1 complete turn in an average of 15 minutes. The match is almost unplayable that way.
What could fix this problem ? Maybe a mod with a new turn mode, similar to the dynamic one, but where in war times the members of the same team plays simultaneously, so when they all passed, members of the rival team begin their turn. Could it be possibile and nice for you ?

Simultaneous is fine. You can always set up a 1-2-3 go! sort of thing after everyone loaded the turn. Dynamic is awful mainly because of the huge amount of time needed for each turn, like you already said.
 
Best would be to agree within the group to allow defenders 10 seconds at the start of the turn to move. I miss the delay mechanism from Civ IV that wouldn't allow units that moved in the last few seconds of the previous turn to move for certain time. While the dynamic turn mode seems to make the multiplayer game fairer, I find it makes the multiplayer experience to much of a time drag.
Play simultaneously, if you're on a slower computer, fortify and support your units. Then selectively kill off his wounded ones. And build a proper defense. Unless you have overwhelming tech difference, you will need overwhelming force to win battles. That is the same for all in the game, no matter the computer they play on.
 
I play my multi-player games in 90s per turn, it's perfect to end the game in one afternoon.
