Two questions about save-games

1) Can I delete them from in-game? Apparently not.

2) Is there some ini file or config file that I can edit so they are moved to a location of my choosing? Rather than being in the 'my documents' folder?

PS: The uninstall programs for these games are not so good.

1) i don't think so

2) i know that there is a way, but i don't remember exactly how to do it. in my CivilizationIV.ini there's a set of lines that say:

; Save Path - relative to working (Civ4) folder
FileName = 0

so that's what it says if they go the default place.

sorry i can't be more helpful with typing out how to do it. i think the "relative to working (Civ4) folder" part means you have to tell it the full directory? but i'm a total noob about computers so hopefully you can figure that part out.
