Two text bugs found.

Item 1: Hovering over one of the messages, I get the following text: "As a Mercantile City-State, their markets spread trade of exotic ICON_HAPPINESS_1] Happiness goods across your empire!" In place of the bold text, there should be a Happiness icon.

Item 2: The notification on the left side of the screen has quotation marks (") instead of apostrophes (').

Another text bug found, this time with Lighthouses.

At the bottom of the Lighthouse tooltip, it says that Harbors provide water connections.
