How do I enable logging and check the database for detecting mod conflict?Mod conflict. You'd need to enable logging and check the database log to see which mod is causing the problem. Not a base VP issue.
I had EUI DLC folder install in C/Program files incorrectly recently on new computer for the first time.
its not an issue for me, i just move it to d/steam/steamapss... etc Im curious if that can be a reason for those bugs you experience?
Its called UI_bc1 or something similar. it should be in game folder not my documentsSince all other EUI features work fine I assumed the install was correct, but I'll have a look.

How do you know which was the right one? You can delete both, run VP install and see where it is placed. No idea if it will still not work. Some DLC missing? It looks a bit like some diff language version error. Civ 5 uses separate text infos for every lang for most assets.I did have a useless folder in a SteamLibrary outdated folder, but there also always have been the right folder in my steamapps/ civ5 folder. Strange.
