Roma played well, but dove way too much.

Deco didn't deserve the first nor the second yellow.

Stupid referee.

He certainly didn't deserve the second yellow he got, but he should probably have been sent off before that ... so it kinda evened itself out.

That's not quite true. If Villareal pick up no points against Man Utd, and Celtic beat AaB, Celtic will go through and Villareal will go out if Celtic beat Villareal 2-0 + or 3-1 +. Likewise, AaB can go through if they beat Celtic, if Villareal beat Man Utd, and if they beat Man Utd 4-0 or 5-2 + at Old Trafford.

I agree that the AaB scenario is entirely unfeasible. The Celtic one is a bit more possible. Unlikely, but certainly possible.
