Anyhow, just about 24 hours to go for Steam unlock

I am eager for this game, having pre-ordered it a few weeks ago.

Also: Sid makes a good forum icon.

It's a real shame that we (rest of the world) have to wait three additional days .

I have been busy with XCOM for several days now - preparing a Classic Ironman AAR including video, etc. Hopefully my carefully thought out soldiers won't die a classic tragical - and way too early - death. 8)

My plan to tackle XCOM:

- 15 minute quick read through the manual/help to get a macro-level understanding of the base components, characters, weapons etc.

- quick breeze through any tutorials

- play a couple hours to famliarize myself with UI etc.

THEN

Put it on the highest diffuculty and save the world
