UI - Diplomacy Log

Stores up to the last 50 messages received from the AI via the LeaderHead (diplomacy) screen and enables them to be viewed as a pop-up log accessible from the top-right diplo corner menu

Also enables the "Remember reply for this leader / all leaders" banner on the diplomacy screen

If you opt to remember a reply, you'll not see it again via the diplomacy screen BUT it will be logged. To "un-remember" the reply, find the reply in the diplomacy log and click on it.

Nope, the VP dll doesn't have the necessary events.
