Displayed are around 6.5k science points in the top bar.
You need 7.5k to get every turn a Future Tech.
However, with that 6.5k displayed I got 50 turns in a row every turn a future tech at a value of 7.5k.
I would expect that I would miss every 6-7 turns a future tech, the other turns giving per turn a future tech by way of the carry over.
Is the 6.5k understated .... or is there a hidden multiplier.... or is there a bug?
Something similar seems to happen with civ points, because I do get every turn a future civic, although I do not have 9.6k civ per turn.
