[UI] Issues with yield display

There are probably multiple problems with the way yields are displayed, but my two biggest concerns are these:

1. The "always on" yields from districts (what you get even though you aren't "working the tile") needs to be somewhere else than in the mouse-over. It doesn't make any sense the way it works now. At the very least, the mouse-over text/graphic needs to be upgraded into something more coherent, visible and readily apparent for players. If I hadn't known to look there, it would seem like my district wasn't doing anything. I also feel the same issue occurs when you work the district tile with a citizen. It just feels off. The district should be much more visible. It should have its own screen; not be delegated to mouse-over text. I should be able to press it and go into a zoomed view where it clearly states what it is doing. Districts should be on display, not hidden away.

2. I found myself looking at a tobacco plantation in one of my cities (that I conquered), and it didn't seem to be producing much (or of the correct types), so I moused-over the tile, and saw that despite what the yield display (in the "manage citizens" overlay in the city) says (1 food, 1 production, 1 gold), it actually produces 1 food, 1 production, 1 gold and 1 faith. Why wasn't the faith displayed, I wondered? It turns out it does display it—behind the citizen icon.
