UI - Promotion Tree for VP 24

[Recursive]

This is the Promotion Tree for VP mod, in the state it was prior to its removal from the autoinstaller due to its buggy and unmalleable code. I have reuploaded it to the forum for the time being in response to feedback from disappointed players.

Hi recursive, first thank you for posting it! Second, I never noticed issues with it so would appreciate knowing what exactly was the problem, what should I look for or know is wrong. Ty!

1. Interceptor is shown on the Gunpowder unit tree, despite only being pickable by units with an interception range.
2. Tier 5 promotions (Logistics on Naval Ranged) aren't shown on the tree.
3. Helicopters, Skirmishers, etc. are hardcoded as their own unit combat but they aren't actually separate unit combats (all of them are Archery units).
4. The tree cannot be scrolled vertically, so big trees just go offscreen.

Hell yeah! Still works great at least at 4.16.2

1: true, but is that any big deal?
2: Logistic on naval ranged are shown, isn't perfectly placed like at rest of tree, but icons are fully displayed, after hover over it shows description(need sweet spot at bottom logistic) and is pickable.
3: Is any problem with this accualy? At least now, when looking at Skirmishers tree I will not see 'Tank Hunter' upgrade, so it's only better and more logic.
4: After fast check of all trees, no any of them goes offscreen* - except of Tier 5 bottom logistic - need sweet spot when hover over it. *****of course if mod was updated with more promotions*****
