Sorry for replying to a really old post but I'm having problems with this mod. I downloaded everything referenced by this mod. The Promotion Tree does show up in the dropdown menu but it disables the other buttons there, like the shortcut to the Espionage page.

Also noticed that the Subs Run Silently I downloaded for this can't be enabled. It keeps on saying it is being blocked but I checked all active mods (almost all Whoward mods) but didn't see anything that includes it in a Block list.

Yes..

It won't update when changing units, it will show "Scout" information for example and be stuck. Same problem with UI - Upgrade Tree Mod.

I have updated this, and UI - Upgrade Tree, to work with EUI as well as standard game:

UI - Promotion Tree (v16)
UI - Upgrade Tree (v9)

Added ability to view promotions by unit class even with a unit selected, either by clicking the Switch Mode button, or pressing 'S'.
