Britain's colonization ended along with all other nations. Are we supposed to just let these underdeveloped areas free and see them crash and burn. This debate is about imperialism NOW. And it is outdated.

TRINITY ALLIANCE COMMANDING GENERAL VISITS FEUDING NATIONS

Prince Alexander of Greece, Commanding General of the Armed Forces of the Trinity Alliance(AFTA) will stop in London for a one day visit to meet President Mitchell of Britain. He hopes the President of Sweden will also be there to meet him. Then he will cross the Atlantic to Washington, where he hopes to meet all the leaders of the American Alliance. He hopes some kind of deal can be sorted, and warns:

"If the American Alliance thinks it will push the Europeans totally from South America, it is wrong. The Trinity Alliance will not sit back and let Europeans living in the Falkland Islands and Swedish South America be ruled by a foreign and anti-European country.

"My words are backed up with force. All six carrier battlegroups of the AFTA are on their way to the South Atlantic, along with their 30 wings of aircraft. The Egyptian Rapid Response Unit and over 30 regiments of infantry are on transports ready to deploy.

"So I give this warning to the American Alliance. Halt with what you have at the moment, or be destroyed."

The Presidents of each of the three countries refused to comment on Alexander's speech.

Right, tomorrow and Sunday are buying days. Orders will also be given. Combat will then be resolved Sunday or Monday night(to let in late applicants if needed, remember I'm UK time here!).

Sweden has 90 gold to spend, Brazil has 110. Everyone else has 100 gold, as I haven't had any PMs concerning embargoes(I know they've been mentioned on here, but they have to be PMed to me).

The new combat system has been scrapped, as I've figured out an easier way of deciding whether a unit is attacking or defending, meaning that the old combat system can continue.

Again, the British propensity for self-righteousness has reared its' ugly head with your proclomations. Britain has no interest in America, no reason whatsoever to be involved in this conflict. The European lust for land and power is again evident, and is apparently a flaw found in nearly all the European peoples. Your pathetic attempts to gain land and prestige for your little island will not succeed. Any British troops will be fired upon without warning anywhere in the Western Hemisphere.

Civil war almost at an end: Hotzendorf prepares for "Final Push"
In Berlin today, a parade was held, not only for the removal of the rebels, but for the commemoration of the Weimar Republic's 18th birthday.

With the rebels gone from all German territory except the province of Helvetia, several of the DKP forces have merely laid down their arms as opposed to fighting. Chancellor Hotzendorf today made a plea for the remaining fighters to do the same and realize that their cause cannot be won.

The IX Army Corps and the X Army Corps, specifically raised for defeating the rebels, will be used in Helvetia to put an end to any resistance that may be left.

Germany Joins Great Britain and Russia in AA embargo

With the recent developments in South America over the Swedish colony, Germany has declared a full embargo of the American Alliance not only because of the atrocities reported against Swedish colonists but also because of Persident Cain's personal attack on the European peoples.

"Were we at full strength it would absolutely be war," Chancellor Hotzendorf reported in a Today interview--a morning news show in America. "We do not wish to do battle with the American people and can only hope they'll respect Sweden as a just and sovreign nation. We can't allow the poor bastards to go down the crapper like this, can we?"

The embargo is meant to take place immediately. The Chancellor has also called on his newfound friends in France to do the same in hoping to force the AA to lay down its arms before military action is taken.

Canada is willing to make the following concessions to Sweden, if and only if, she agrees to the following terms.

1. Swedish South America will choose which nation it wants to rule by referendum.

2. If she chooses to remain part of Sweden, any and all weapons/military forces must be removed, to prevent future terrorist actions agianst Brazillian citizens.

In exchange, Canada will remove all forces from South America, and give $150,000 (15 Gold)


In order to prevent another serious conflict such as this occuring agian, Canada suggest an international commitee be created, to review and stop any such wars from begining in the future.

However, the only way for such a commitee to function, is for a majority of nations to support it.

Therefore, we ask the following of each nation.

To support this commitee and find a city to house it headquarters.


And finally, for the nations currently at war with us, i suggest you declare a cease-fire immediately, or risk further casualties.

Mr. Trudeau,

While we do appreciate Canadian attempts to end hostilities this peace seems completely innapropriate. Either Swedish Argentina joins Brazil, or remains Swedish completely unprotected?

This is not a treaty, it is an insult, and if the AA continues to make attempts at such kinds of "peace" Germany will stand by the nations of Sweden and Great Britain.

I wish to make the following clear. Britain shall await Sweden's discision on whether he will allow a referendum to take place. Only in the event of Sweden agreeing to a referendum, will Britain call back its forces already on their way to the Americas.

I see it as a direct insult that Canada may mention occupying the British Homeland! Britain, however is signing the League of Nations treaty and proposes the headquarters to be in Moscow, Russia.

I wish to repeat, Britain is still going to war and will only pull back its forces if Canada assures that it will not invade Britain. And if Sweden agrees to a referendum and Argentina is given the option of joining Sweden again.
