Umm...the Svartalfar are missing for me...

Yeah, that was the picture. I had seen it before FFH though, in custom portrait packs for Neverwinter Nights. I don't agree the current picture is an improvement over that one aestethically, but it was more suited for a drow. Svartalfar are not exactly the same thing.

What for? A leader sized one is available in either of the two download links on page 79 of the multiplayer thread.

That's the one, if I remember correctly. She was in the only game of FfH1 that I played... she was also the first to convert to the Order. I won a religious victory.

most of FFH1 leaders (modded by a community member that is, if I'm not wrong plain FFH1 was with Vanilla civs), including Arachna, were from Age of Wonders: Shadow Magic.
