Unable to load multiplayer save (SMAX)

We've had no problems loading saved games over the past few days but today all of a sudden we get "Passwords Unsatisfied: 1" in the lobby.

we never had the option to set a password so we don't know how to bypass it or where to find the password

We are playing on IPX

Are you all using the same exact version of the game? One way to check is to compare the date and time stamps of terranx.exe. If that doesn't help, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

yes we have the same exact version, we are reinstalling both games now, hopefully that fixes it
