Well, I went to the site to try and obtain information on exactly how these photos are computer encoded for color. Couldn't find the info ... yet!
But MAN!!!, this is a cool astronomy site with some really select links. I'm gonna to continue my exploration of the Cosmos!!!

There are double standards operating here. Turk has been rightly criticised for personally abusing other posters (not the first time he has used bullying tactics) and attempting to control who posts in 'his' topic. However, other posters have also been abusing him and in particular a Moderator - Sun Tze.
I (and I hope others) believe that holding a position such as Moderator entails the responsibility to moderate your own behavior in order to win the respect and cooperation of others and assist the forums to function in an effective way (and to make the job of a Moderator easier). Sun Tze does no credit to these Forums or to himself by behaving in this way.
There is another, and more subtle, double standard implied in some posts, that Turk has no business posting a topic such as this, and yet we have another OT thread discussing the merits of different versions of the Bible. For what it is worth, I think Stormerne and Cornmaster summed up my view on this topic.
Lets make an effort not to turn this into a flame session.
