Hi there!

As some of you know, I've promised to make a FW compatible ugraded version of Under Siege - The Wars of Israel, and this thread is meant for feedback and suggestions on how to improve it.
Please tell me what you thought was good and problematic - and if you have any suggestions, they would be welcome!

Below is a list of things I have observed, been told, and intend on fixing:
Wailing Wall and Holy City -> East Jerusalem
1948: Fewer IDF armoured units, expecially WWII
Readme file with graphics creators
1973: Limited nuclear variations
Ship movement improved
1973:Jordanian intervention variation
Road on urban field south of Ashdod
Objectives in too many cities (objectives lost)
Graphics redoing (cacti in desert)
Too many "We love the..." in beginning.
infantry attacks aircraft in 48
GAME file remark about disband units options
weaken aircraft
Zichron Yaagov -> Zichron Yaakov
Kefar Sava -> Kefar Saba
More Israeli helicopters (?)
Diplomacy
1948: harder to capture Jerusalem
1948: better reward for capturing Jerusalem

I also want to make a completely new scenario about the 1982 war instead of the old and quite poor one included in Under Siege v1.

Please tell me! :goodjob:

In case you haven't played the Under Siege scenarios, here they are:
Under Siege scenario files
Sound files #1
Sound files #2

Oh, and I expect to improve the graphics significantly (isometric units).

I've played your scens a lot (specially 1948, that's my favourite) and I love them - but I want to tell you that I think that the 1948 is too easy for my taste. In fact, West Jerusalem can be conquested easily in the first or second turn, and I think that it isn't realistic. I would appreciatte a increased difficult in that scenario :D

Thank you for your work :D

Increasing difficulty is a top priority. I agree with you - my scenarios tend to be much too easy.

JAPR, sure I'll include that! :goodjob: Looks interesting.

I'll see what I can find. How about putting in the full ISraeli national anthem?

Too long, takes too much space, the sound editing program I have doesn't allow sounds longer than 1 min...
