UNGY5 Let's keep it simple!

OK--I'll roll up a start with Peter and we can see how it looks.

We've got definately no building anything that worsens health.
No chopping--(plantation OK?)
Cannot trade away last health resource and must trade excess to any AI that needs it.

Allow factories, etc. with recycling plant--seems OK--and irrelevant really.

Possibles--must trade or research for techs allowing health buildings/resources and must build them in all cities.
I think maybe we should see how the start looks before we take it that far but that would be pretty major IMHO.
 
Are you required to raze all cities once the other civ has metal casting, in case they have forges?
 
The variant says we can't build unhealthy buildings not we can't control them...

I would say allow plantations.

I don't like the health tech preference limitation. We want to play according to some kind of reasonable plan, don't we? After all, the strategy is what makes the [strategy-]game interesting.

I'm inclined to agree with that --we don't want to tie our hands too much.
