Unit mod commission?

Hello all, first off Happy Holidays.

I was looking for a futuristic battleship (that's not a spaceship) for a scenario I do have something in mind for this idea, but I can't find anything like this. Anyone willing take a commission for mod like this idea? I'm willing to compensate for your time, depending on the price for something like this. Thanks.

I realize this is for Civ6 not Civ3 so Please disregard this. I've also figured out how to make a proper request.

Well I found the proper way to make a unit request and I also posted this for the wrong game lol. I meant for it to be put up for Civ3. Yeah, my lack of experience here definitely shows lol.
