Unit Request: Werewolf Shaman

hows this for an idea, a werewolf with a black cloak around him and when he attacks he opens his cloak and shoots magic stuff at them or claws the enemy. if possible he could just be a man with a black cloak and when he attacks he turns into a werewolf.
