Hey, My first post so please restrain yourselfs from screaming NOOB NOOB!!!.........

anyway,in my current game: my units allowed are 29, and the units i have are 112, and as you can imagene its costing me a ****load of money. what can i do abotu this?.....

thanx in advance :)

Well you can do one of two things. You can change governments or you can decrease sci/lux to support your army. Somebody else will come along with a more specific answer, but this is the short version.

If you have 112 units, I hope you are waging war....

im not waging war no, i only have 3 units in each city, and i get another 2 every 5 turns from those stupid wonders i built.

i am already putting 0 gold into lux and 40% into sci.

( as i said before im new )......should i just go and rape another country and hope they dont whipe me out then invade?

Save the game, get a lot of your units on the enemies boarders, see if you can frighten them out of some free stuff, then wage war. If you are sucsessful keep playing, if you get hammered down just reload.

Good options:

- Go bonk some heads (would be my #1 choice)
- Build/grow your cities and their numbers by settling, if that's an option
- Disband useless/old/excess military in cities to get shields for improvements and save on upkeep costs

Bad option:
- Let that military sit doing nothing
- Use reload tricks

On the demographics screen it will show your military service number. If you are number 1 in military service, start kicking butt and taking names.

Also, try for markets or banks and make sure you have roads. You can also sell resources for gpt or cash.

If you have mech infantry then go to 2 units per city. If you haven't then go to 2 units per city for cities that are well within your borders.
