Units not moving

Civilization 3 worked fine until yesterday. I want to move a unit and press an arrow (left, right, up, down) but instead of the unit, the visualizing window moves. How to fix that?

I normally use the number pad (with NumLock on) to move units. If NumLock is off, the keys behave like the arrows. With NumLock ON and holding the shift key, the units do not move, and the map just pans around.

Check all of your keyboard settings...something is different.
