update of my WW2 ToT scenario

i've updated my ww2 scenario for ToT with lots of Captain Nemo's units and some sound and graphics from Curt Sibling Global Powers IV

2 scenarios: 1 "free" with diplomatic options, 1 "historic" no diplomacy available

Eyn, PLEASE make an English version. In the past I've found some Japanese and Soviet war songs on a site on the net. I'll try to find them again.

yes, i know, i should translate my scenarios...
mais je touche pas une bille en anglais so if i try to translate my scenario i'll add a funny touch !

and i've no time to do it... 15-20 days just for this scenario update.. and i had graphiks & sounds when i start it !!
