Well, they certainly aren't very productive in either gold or sheilds if they're still in revolt.

They will likely have more corruption than your own cities, but that is mainly because they are further away and of lower rank.

One thing, of course, is that right when they are captured, they aren't in WLKD, so the waste reduction effects of that are lessened.

At our SGTOM12 (Ivan) I made detailed calculation of Courthouse effect on each City. (Ni=0 and Ni=1). Note, that War Academy paper have a mistake, that was later corrected in the forum version. Also, it looks that minor round/up - down make things a bit diifferent in "reality" and Civassist 2 calculation. (Error colomn in "Economics"). I am thinking about to generelize this experiense together fith FP pacement question, but things need a lot of formulas...
