Using 2 monitors

Hi guys,

Did a search but couldn't find it. I want to run Civ4 BTS on one monitor, and have word processing/internet on the other screen. Is there a way?

I can have them running, but everytime I click to use something on the word processor or Internet, Civ is minimised.
