V1.09 - Isabella having negative GTP for sale?

During my current game (savefile here) I was rather surprised to see Isabella having negative GPT for sale. When clicking on the -13 I got the gold selection window that went from 0 to -13 regardless of whether I pressed up or down. However, when pressing OK it wouldn't list the offer on the bottom left side.

Apologies if this has been reported before. I did search, but you can only search in "forums" and not in "this forum" and so I got a lot of different results that didn't seem related to this problem.

Its because one civic allows "negative expendures"
and the "gp per turn" show how much the computer makes
so its not a bug

Still, nobody is going to take a negative GPT deal. Or is it supposed to show that they might be more inclined to accept GPT to add to their deficit?

I've seen this before, too, but if it isn't a bug and it is a 'feature' then shouldn't the text colour be red and therefore untradable?

No. If she can have a negative gold output, as she does now, she can still give you gpt and make her own deficit go even lower.

I've never been able to add more than the positive amount shown in the GPT box. When I tried asking for any money when negative (Napolean this time) I could only add 0 or the negative amount and even then it went back to zero.

That is my experience as well, as stated in my first post. When clicking on the -13 the dialog would pop up and go from 0 to -13 regardless of whether I clicked the up or the down button. And pressing OK would result in nothing. The GPT were not tradeable.
