P.S.-The Carthaginian starting code needs some improvement, actually, the whole code for deserts around spawn areas needs to be reworked. Too many times I see crappy starting locations for civs like Carthage, Arabia, Egypt and Mali.

Had another odd occurrence today. I started another Roman game, and saw a good starting plot two squares down. So I founded Roma a turn after spawning. But I never had any workers spawn. I thought that was only supposed to happen two turns after spawn?

I've done the same thing before with this version, and have had the workers spawn. So I don't know what's up with this game.
