v136 Flag promotion for bombardment not appearing

My naval units with bombardment promotions don't have the corresponding flag promotion. I haven't gained all promotions yet, but all the ones I have are appearing.

Thanks for bringing this up, I've been meaning to mention this for a while now but keep forgetting.

This is a very odd issue I haven't been able to track down. Sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't. When you do notice the bombardment disabled, you can enable it in the unit promotion options. (bottom-right minimap options, right-click 'unit promotions')
