v137: DoW on leaders with Alliance

Hi,
in v137 if you declare war on a leader you made an alliance with the diplo status (i.e. "guarded") still says "You have declared war on leaders you made an declaration of friendship with!".

Thanks for bringing this up. I replaced occurrences of "declaration of friendship" but forgot to search for "declarations of friendship." I've fixed this for the next version.
