Dont appear to be getting the free 15 gold per turn, despite the income displaying 15 per turn.

EDIT: Same issue with the free science.

Can confirm this. Everything indicates I should be getting free science and gold, but then when the next turn comes, I'm not getting it.

Doesn't appear to be affecting my newly started game with 148.4 although I'm getting 5 science/turn and 15 gold/turn (Marathon speed).

I'm unable to buy a plot of land - newly started game with 148.4. No other mods included. Check the attached savegame.

I can confirm the inability to buy land in 148.4. This problem is new as it wasn't present in the 145 game that was crashing on me.
