v158.2/Featured Game CS Bug

On two occasions I have been both friends with and at war against the same CS. This results in a notification that the CS has declared war on itself. In both cases, I believe the CS were not originally allies who then went rogue, but rather CS that were friends with me and allied with the enemy AI.

Some weird CS influence issues have been around for a few weeks. I haven't seen enough of a pattern yet to figure out what causes it.

As mentioned in another post. I had a CS who was allied to me, declare war after Ghandi paid money for influence to become allied with them.

We had been going back and forth every couple of turns so I conclude that it is not broken all the time.

Ghandi was very angry at me at the time and I can only assume he was planning on declaring at any moment.

Perhaps something in the code that looks at what he wants to do in the future?
