Valledia is an amurite leader, not a Lanun leader (maybe you are thinking of Hannah?)

he asked about falamar because its a falamar specific event, but it doesn't seem to be working that way.

I've gotten one recently playing as sandalphalon where i woke up drunk in the balseraph capitol...

It should only happen when both Falamar and Valledia are in the game (and I think that it should only appear to Falamar)
