wouldn´t it be nice if a certain percent of your vassal´s votes get forced to vote as you want?

Why do you think you get a diplomat in their capital? You can force-demand the votes.

I see your point but you don´t need a diplomat in your vassal state to do that! But if i try to make a sanction by trade or demand my vassals most likely will tell you it´s impossible if you´re not at war with the civilization you want sanction against!
