So I just got done playing a game on a huge map. I won through diplomacy! Woo hoo!
Here's the wierd part and I am sure it is all coincidence. I had a MPP with England. It turned out that Germany had one with Rome and Japan. I told Japan to get out of my territory and they declared war on me. So naturally so did Germany and Rome. And then automatically England declared war on the three. I was playing the Americans mind you. And France was already at war with the Germans!!! ( I didn't have an MPP with them).
Does this sound familiar? I didn't notice it until my friend said something.
But it gets better! After I took over several of Japan's cities I got a giant load of workers. I used all of them to build roads and railroads. I think it's funny.
You're probably wondering what the other civs did. Nothing. But I did trade with them alot to get the diplomacy victory.
