It's not Neuromancer.
The images appears after the intro, and the game takes place at different places but you eventually get to the ruins of the place in the image. It's not a different planet, but one of the characters in the game thinks it's a colony built by aliens.

Well knock me down with a feather! I thought about guessing that one as well, since we were talking about the airlock in it just the other day.
But i couldn't recall that image at all. I'd love to see the complete picture, to appease my curiosity!
