virtual memory

Hi my civ4 keeps crashingand iv'e seen lots of people talking about setting your virtual memory.so what should it be set to mine is set at 768mb to 1536 .

That is too low. I set the minimum to 2048 on mine.

So how and where do you adjust this setting? getting tired of rebooting every 20 minutes
