Voting is now open for Session #4 of the Vox Populi Congress!

Due to the complexity of some of the votes, it was requested that I give a reminder of how to vote:
Spoiler :

1. You vote for every option that you'd like if it were implemented.
2. You don't vote for options you wouldn't like.
3. On a straight Yea/Nay vote, voting for both options is essentially saying "I don't care", but adds to the required quorum of 10 votes.
4. When there are multiple options, vote for everything that you'd like.

Example Proposal Options:
Yea to (X-01) Remove the Granary
Yea to (X-02) Remove the Market
Yea to (X-01) and (X-02)
Nay

Examples of How To Vote:
- If you would like to remove the Granary (but wouldn't like to remove the Market), then vote for the first option.

- If you would like to remove the Market (but wouldn't like to remove the Granary), then vote for the second option.

- If you're okay with either one being removed individually, but wouldn't be okay with both being removed, then vote for the first two options.

- If you would like to remove both, but wouldn't be okay with only one being removed, then vote for the third option.

- If you would like to remove both, and would be okay with either one being removed individually as well, then vote for the first three options.

- If you would like to remove only the Market, and are also okay with none of these changes happening, then vote for the second and fourth options.

- If you don't care, vote for everything.

Due to a delay in setup, the Voting Phase has been extended to give everyone 7 days of voting time. The remainder of May thereafter will be the Implementation Phase, and June will be the Playtesting Phase. Session #5 will begin on July 1.

Ratification Votes are no longer a thing. Instead, if you don't like an implemented change, make a proposal to revert it in the next VP Congress Session.

It's a lot easier to do this every 3 months rather than every month.

Make it 4 months or more, seriously love you guys for all your hard work this mod is wonderful. I can always come back to it and enjoy it. Easy to recommend too.
