Want to make a mod based on Affinity Tile improvements.

I want to make a mod that can turn the Tile Improvements to a different appearance/graphic based on your affinity, but as a mod newbie who trying to get his feet wet, I want to know how to do this first and hopefully it won't cost me an arm and a leg to do this.

Thanks, I will try this out, however does any of these program works for Beyond Earth or do I have to wait for some short of compatibility thing to come out for these programs?

Beyond Earth uses a near identical system to Civilization V, so you can still test it out on Civ V.

Deliverator needed to update Nexus Buddy 2 if you want to get models OUT of Beyond Earth. I know he got it working, but I'm not sure if he's released it yet.

You can put them IN for sure, though.
