War awareness bug, if this has been posted, please pardon me, and delete this post.
I was at war, so I then looked for cure to my increasingly overpopulated slackers in my cities. Since the civics screen tells me that when I have police state I get -50% ware awareness. So I researched fascism, I changed the civic to police state.
Then I notices, once I changed to police state, it says no war awareness in the civic screen. BUT, when I looked into my cities, nothing has changed!!! The war awareness was kept the same
Please let me know if you need a save for the game. Or you guys have seen the same problems
