Warhammer 40,000 mod?

is there any way someone could bring Warhammer 40,000 to Civ IV? I know it wasdone in Civ III, and I'm not a programmer or modder or else I'd make one for everyone.

they started it, do a search, i think "TheGreatApple" was the name of the user who created it.

A mod is much more work than you might think, so without a brilliant team it will never happen. but at least graphically it might be easy, as I think one can import Dawn of War models into civ. but dont look at me, i will not help with that one...

Wasn't talking like a total conversion(well, that was my original post in the BtS forum) but this one, I was hoping someone at least made graphical mods to units(like Guardsmen for Infantry, Leman Russes for Tanks) I know each civ has it's "own" units.

like Mongolian Warriors look a lot different then French ones.

There's at least few WH40k units on file db.. Manticore, Hellhound, Chimera, Hydra (tanks) and probably some others, just can't remember names now...
