Have you guys noticed that your warlord animation doesn't appear with modern units?

What animation do you mean? Modern Warlord units do have graphics associated with them.

That's strange, it doesn't show up on my tank general or infantry general. It did for my grenadier general but he went away when i upgraded it to infantry. in fact, it never showed up for my tank general to begin with.

I had a GG with one of my cossacks and he was still there when I upgraded them to gunships.
Therefore it can´t be a general problem with upgrades.
