The Civ4 Info Center has received a long overdue update to cover content added in the expansion packs Warlords and Beyond the Sword. The updating process, which began a few months ago, just finished, and covers all of the Info Center's pages: Civilizations, Civics, Units, Promotions, Technologies, World Wonders, National Wonders, Projects, and City Improvements. Because some info was changed before the most recent 3.17 patch came out for BTS, a few pages are written for version 3.13.
Nonetheless, these updates should help those of you wishing to access quick reference tables online. A big thanks goes to both Anion and Michelangelo for their PDF reference charts which served as a guide. If you see any errors, feel free to point them out.
