I've been playing a huge archipelago map as the vikings and have captured many wonders of the world from rival civs. Usually, the benefits of capturing these wonders are immediately available upon taking the city that contains it. In this case, as you can see from the screenshot, the +2 gold that should be present for the hindu shrine from the spiral minaret is not included in the gold actually generated by the city. I'm not sure if the spiral minaret doesn't work at all, or if it doesn't work only when it is taken from another civ. I saved right after capturing it, and I will edit this post if anything changes from further play.
