Warlords - City Attack Promotion doesn't get calculated

Hmmm....i found that on Warlords, the City Raider promotion doesnt counted / get calculated on the combat calculation...so doesnt the unit started with the attack city bonus (Swordman)...
The percentage does appear, but with no effect on the power count and the percentage... (Swordman with power of 6 with city raider promotion when attacking a city should have a 30% power bonus, but it still counted as 6...and couldnt win against a well fortified archer with a power of 2)
is there any patch available to fix this?

Hahahaha....sorry...just found out how the calculation works...
it's not a bug actually...
The city raider promotion get calculated to the defender's strength...
Guess i'm too quick jumping on conclusion...
gehehehe...
