ok thank you very much. but how do i get the mods to install they have the same problems. i have tried copy and paste into the mod folders and alot of other stuff but nothing works
i got the mod TR warlords 2.2 to work but um its missing stuff after the game starts all you see on the screen is your world map and units and cities there is no mini map or any way to check your governments or see your income all that stuff... you have to know all the fast keys to be able to play the game and guess everything else as the buttons that appear in the original that are all around the edge of the screen are not there... how do you fix this?
usually 2.13 should work alone - but to make sure there are no install errors: go 2.08 then 2.13 (IF you have Vista make sure to run both patches with admin rights - right click on the installer and choose run with admin rights)
i just added a new hard drive to my pc and was curious to know if i moved all the whole civ 4 i have to it would it still wor or do i need to keep it in my c drive?
it should work - however it uses some registry keys to locate some of your stuff - so you might get some weird results especially with multiplayer or some mods. The safest way would be to reinstall the game to the new location...
