Warlords UI

I just started my first game of Warlords, but before I could do anything, my UI was gone! I could see my settler and warrior, and the little bit of terrain around them, but nothing else. Anyone have any suggestions?

, please. This is getting to be a pain. I've already replaced my Warlords disc, reinstalled the program, and I still have the same problem. Its really strange.
